Hi
I got a new phone and SIM on my Insurance after loosing it.
Now the new phone is set up and working but unable to reconect to my sure signal. I have restarted the Sure Signal and still not reconnected.
What should I do.

To link up your new phone with the Sure Signal, you’ll need to deregister and re-register.
Once this has been completed, you'll be able to connect.

Just posting to confirm the de-register / re-register process worked for me after upgrade of phone and SIM. I am the registered owner of the Sure Signal.
I'm a bit disappointed that my new phone (same number) did not just connect over the Sure Signal without intervention, but the above process was relatively painless.
