You're definitely sound like you have more tolerance than most would in this situation.
i have the patience of a saint bud. However i do know how to put my point across without being rude and 99% of the time it works. the plan is to know what you want to achieve from the outset and not take 2nd best. let them make the decisions and put offers on the table 1st and if it's not acceptable just decline it.:)
