New iphone 6 no service

My new phone arrived this morning, without any paperwork so I don't know my phone number or anything! Phone has been charging all day but I'm unable to use it as there's no service!

Hi @simon, I've spoke to quite a lot of people at Vodafone to try and get it sorted (when I'm not being hung up on that is!!) One managed to get my account number for me but since then no one can find my account on the system!! Web chat is just as useless!!! Obviously my account does exist as I've had direct debit confirmation through the post!! Nearly 2 weeks I've had this phone and I'm still unable to use it!! It's a disgrace!

Yup I'm the same I'm going to cancel the contract tomorow coz 14 days cooling off period the service is terrible I was on the phone for 2 hours on Friday then they hung up on me

And I went to the shop and the shop said they couldn't help me as I ordered it online
