I've read other people needing to have their sure signal re synced. Can you reset mine please? I tried hard resetting my sure signal. Other phone works fine but not this one. I can't remove and re enter my number as it's the registered number. I also have no link to my sure signal on My Vodafone page. My new SIM card number is (removed for security). Thank you.

If you have the new style 'My Vodafone' page, try this to access your Sure Signal management

Nobody on these forums is able to access anything to do with account issues so you will have to contact either 191 or Live Chat to resolve the issue.
For Live Chat you need to use either a PC or a laptop to connect.

Thanks for your replies, I managed to find the sure signal link in my account and de then re registered it. All good now, cheers.
