Hi, had an old Suresignal which we thought was faulty, so purchased a new one and registered online, plugged in, but getting the last 2 icons highlighted in orange, which according to the guide says "Your sure signal can't access the Vodafone system - please check you have completed the registration in Step 1).
Just a note, the previous one did work and we moved offices, the new one didnt work at the office but we presumed it developed it had a fault.

How long ago did you register ?
I ask as it can take up to 24 hours to complete.

Today but the paperwork with the suresignal states that if those 2 particular lights are showing it means a registration issue, so thought I would post to see if is a device issue or network setup issue..

Fair enough although do take in to consideration the 24 hours it can sometimes take.
Live Chat or Customer service on 191 have account access and should be able to check the status of your registration too.

I performed a reset yesterday and again this morning. Still the same error display being shown.

I can see the Sure Signal has registered but it doesn't look like it's connected, so I've performed a resync on your Sure Signal.
If you're still having issues after six hours, please test this at another location such as a friend or family members (preferably with a different ISP).

Finally got round to testing at another location and it works fine. Do we need to set up some special port forwarding rules on our office router?
