No 3g

I live in london and have always got 3G using my dongle no problem, but i'v now moved to N4 2LE and can't get a 3g signal at all, only gprs, and this is very very slow and disconnects alot. according to the coverage maop i should be able to get 3g, any idea what's going on?

i hope it gets sorted soon, when i phoned up tech they insisted there was no problem and the site was fixed. i don't want to be paying over £20 for another month where i'v not used the service at all
