No G3 connection since Saturday lunchtime!

G3 connection is always unreliable where I live - I can disconnect 10 times in 20 minutes - but Saturday morning it was perfect, as solid as a rock. I then disconnected, did weekend chores and Saturday evening settled myself for an evenings playing online. No G3 connection. GPRS is almost unusable so after an hours attempting to connect I gave up. Sunday - no connection at all - just the odd 613 message and missing device message - quite standard and a reboot solves those.
This morning I tried again - no G3 but a GPRS that reminded me of the old days of 512k modems - 5-7 minutes to load each page to get here to complain.
Postcode is NE25 5JX - has there been something happening to the mast and if so when will it be fixed. Like the others on this page I pay a great deal to connect, and getting a new PC last week meant a high number of downloads to update software - very little fun usage especially with the high number of disconnects I usually get.
Please help.

Hi Meganb,

I have just tried to locate your postcode however I can't seem to find you on our coverage checker, please can you double check the postcode as I can't seem to locate any postcodes that start NE25 5..

If you can verify this I will be able to investigate it further for you.
