No Internet

My broadband was working fine until a few minutes ago. Now there is no connection. Router diagnostics show a failed status for Connectivity Test. I tried clicking Reconnect but it does nothing. I've restarted router but no fix. Anyone else having this problem? It's past 11pm so support is closed.

If you've tried all the troubleshooting help tips then if this was my situation I'd ring them as you've tried to. 

 

Check the cables are connected properly.
