1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service? Just at home, indoors and outdoors on our farm, travel approx 1 mile to regain signal
2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? If you don't want this showing on the Community, add it to your profile here.
3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone? Yes, it occurs on all 3 phones that we have
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs? No Signal
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all? Mainly 2G
6) When did you first notice this issue? three months ago
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs? Permanent

@joju71 I've checked your local serving site (6505) and it's performing correctly.
The postcode which you've provided looks to be in a low coverage area, however you should get a 2G connection.
Have you tried to manually set your phone to 2G only? If not, you can find out how in our Device Guides.

Hi, yes changing the settings to 2G makes no difference whatsoever
