Hi I brought a new payg sim for my sons iphone, however he can't connect to the internet using 3G only wifi, when he tries to connect a message says you are not subscribed to a mobile data service? I have sent a txt message to Vodafone & downloaded the software they sent but nothing has changed, pls help as he's doing my head in lol

Hi. Give customer services a quick call on 191 and tell them you've sent the correct settings to the phone but the SIM card looks like it still might need subscribing to internet and picture messaging services. They should then be able to enable it on to the SIM card for you.
