I upgraded my ss galaxy s4 mid Dec and ever since I have not been able to access the internet on my phone apart from via wifi. VF have advised no fix and no fix date. Please advise an update on this issue that is stopping the internet on galaxy phones. I have now spoken to VF 3 times and they have gone through the set up on my phone without a fix. I am paying for the internet on my phone bug have no access to it!!
After the update, did you do a factory reset? Some devices and some updates seem to require this. It clears out any bits of the old code that are hanging round and confusing the system. Don't forget to back up your content first.
