No service since porting number

I've had no service for several hours today. My pay as you number was meant to be porting to my pay monthly number today so assume something has gone wrong. I run my business from my phone so this is urgent!

hello there turnip09 i am sorry to hear about your issue.
I just have a few questions to ask yourself so we can get to the bottom of this.
1.What day was the port over suppsed to happen?
2. Have you tried restting the device

if you have done so then i suggest disconecting your device from the network and reconnecting then turning your phone off, take the sim out and then turn it on and put the sim back in.
