I have had no service or limited signal with no 3G/4G since Friday, have restarted my phone many of times! Never have any problem with signal at home

TN26 3 - Bethersden, Ashford

1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service? 

Happens all in the village

EE NETWORK IS WORKING FINE, in my house

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?

NO service, very poor connection when calling when it lets me

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

Not getting any 3g or 4g signal 

6) When did you first notice this issue?

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

Not showing any issues in area, but neighbors are having same issue on Vodafone and o2 but EE is working ok

Hi @Ronny122

If it's 3 and 4G where there is an issue, try changing the network mode on your phone to 2G only and see if it makes a difference for calls.

No service, and when is does come in with 1 bar can even send a text message
