I have a old sure signal registererd to an old de actived account #.....0046, i would like to re-register it to a new number(.....4848).
I can login to the old online accont but I am unable to manage services i get the info message "There are no services registered to this account"
On the new account i get the error "
Sorry, there seems to be a problem.
We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 1013 - [2a1]"
When trying to register the sure signal.
When calling 191 from a PAYG nimber how do I get to sure signal help???

How long is it since it was last used ?
I ask because if it's not been used within a certain time it's definitely registered.
Or after a prolonged period permanent removed.
"If you haven’t used your Sure Signal for 3 months, we may have put a bar on it. Call us on 191 free from your Vodafone phone and we’ll remove it
If you have not used your Sure Signal for 12 months we will automatically de-register your device. After this point it will not be possible to re activate this on our network."

Called 191...got through to sales put me through to sure sigal help....sorted if 5 mins.
