PAYG top up problem

Hi. I made a £10 top-up payment on my PAYG account 24 hours ago, followed immediately by a £5 bundle add-on. The bundle is registering on my account but the top-up isn't. Both payments have been taken from my card.

Why would that be?

There can sometimes be a delay in the top up showing. 

 

Live Chat or Customer Services on 191 can check your account for you.

@MPizzle Your £10 hasn't been converted into a Big Value Bundle, has it? I find it harder to interpret my account these days, as the advertising push for the BVB seems to have resulted in some of my allowances being sort-of attributed to a BVB which I haven't got - I guess it may work the other way about, as well?
