I HAVE WORK AT NORTH BERWICK FOR 3 YEARS. I HAVE CONTACTED VODAFONE FOR 2 YEARS THAT I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM. COMPLAIN ABOUT 100 TIMES ABOUT POOR SIGNAL AND NETWORK IN THE EAST LOTHIAN AREA. EE HAVE JUST PUT NEW PHONE MAST IN GULLANE AND COMIMG INTO NORTH BERWICK. AND VODFONE HAVE DONE NOTH FOR ME TO INPROVE MY SERVICE. LAST MONTH WHEN I PHONE I GOT TOLD THAT NORTH BERWICK ETC. WAS A UN SUPPORT AREA. AND IF I WAS NOT HAPPEN I COULD. LEAVE. THAT HOW MUCH THEY THING OFF THERE CUSTOMER. THEY THEY ARE SPENDING MONEY IN RUREL AREA ETC. BUT THEY HAVE FORGOT ABOUT PRESTONPANS. LONGNIDDRY. ABERLADY. GULLANE. DIRLETON. NORTH BERWICK. COLDINGHAM. EYEMOUTH. IF YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT YOUR SIGNAL IN NORTH BERWICK NO ISUSES WITH THE NETWORK. RUBBISH I AM USEING THE PHONE. AND IT THE LATEST IPHONE 7. CAN USE PHONE AT NORTH BERWICK BUT CAN NOT SEND TEXTES OR EMAILS ETC. NO SIGNAL ABERLADY GULLANE OR DIRLETON. NOTH BERWICK. MY PHONE COME UP FOR ALL THOSE PLACES NO SIGNAL OR GPRS OR E ON MY PHONE. 2 YEARS VODAFONE NOT DONE NOTHING IN THOSE AREAS JUST UP. NOT SPEND A PENNY TO IMPROVE SIGNAL OR NETWORK. GOING TO LEAVE A GO WITH EE AT LEST THEY SPEND MONEY. ONE FED UP CUSTOMER WITH VODAFONE. P.S PLUS THERE ARE NOT PLAN TO DO ANY UPGRADES IN THOSE AREA IN THE NEAR FUTURE I ASK. NOTHING TO DO WITH SETTING ON MY PHONE VODAFONE HAVE CHANGE THEM 100 TIMES 2. IT THE NETWORK NOT MY PHONE.

@PETE54 - I’ve checked the coverage in your area and you should have good 2G availability - 3G and 4G however, are mostly outdoor only.
If you change your phone settings to 2G only, you should find this helps improve the level of coverage you receive.
Keep an eye on our network coverage checker, for any planned changed in the area.
