i current hold a contract with vodaphone and the have witched off my servives so i have no service on my mobile i spoke to vodaphone on the 02/07/2017 and made them aware that i intend on paying my bill in full on the 28/07/2017 they didnt make me aware that my actual service would be suspended usually they just suspend my data. i am a father of two children id it is vital that i am able to recive calls and text messages what can i do in this situation

Hi @Neilkelly1991

 

If you have made a promise to pay, until the account is up to date, it will only be a restriction on your outgoing services, you will still be able to receive calls and texts.
