Phone not recognised after swapping sim card

Ive just swapped my sim for a new 4g one in a new phone I've kept my oold number. However my phone now doesnt pick up a signal from my Sure Signal box. Rebooted box and phone and checked that my number still appears as a user on suresignal - any suggestions?

Hi,

 

After a sim swap is suggested to deregister your number from it for 24 hours and then reregister your number.

 

As per message 2 in Sure-signal-not-connecting-after-sim-swap.
