Please Re-Sync my Sure Signal

Hi,

Please could you resync SS number 21230044683

We have done some recabling in the office and since then we have been unable to connect to it with 3G, I have done full resets but with no sucess so far.

Hi AP68,

 

I’ve re-synced your Sure Signal.

 

So this completes, please perform a reset:

 

  • Hold down the reset button until all the lights show/flash (about 30 seconds)
  • Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead
  • Once all the lights display, release the reset button
  • The Sure Signal will come online in about an hour

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Hi, We have a new iphone 5s in the office after a user phone upgrade. Could you reset the system as Ii have tried a number of things sugested and the SS has still not updated. We have other iphone 5s user on the system and other phones, so i belive its a SIM issue. S/N: 40133817433 Many thanks

Hi RMAltd.

 

If the SIM has been changed so it is accomodated in the new upgraded phone, there's a couple of things required.

 

Please remove the number from the Sure Signal in the administartion area, reset the phone and the Sure Signal and then re-add the number.

 

Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds to factory reset the device. 

 

This will ensure the Sure Signal picks up the new SIM.

I can see the mobile number ending 31 was successfully added yesterday afternoon.

 

Are you able to try that SIM in another phone?
