Hi Could my sure signal box please be re synced, i have spoken to the tech team who have advised that this is required following my recent phone and sim upgrade as the administrator i cannot add or remove my own number, unfortunatley i have been transfered to the correct department twice only to be cut off, i am now getting desperate, serial no 40131158699.

I’ve resynced this for you today.
Please complete this by doing a factory reset:
If you’re still having problems after doing this, try changing the administrator to another number, remove your number and wait a few hours and then re-add it. You can then transfer it back into your name.
