Hi @darrendorch
When your phone service is restricted, it typically also restricts access to your online acccount. If you still have access, it may be worth checking your account.
The usual reasons for restricting a service are an unpaid bill or suspected unusual activity on the number. You should have been given a reason for the restricted service when you contacted Vodafone.
If none of these reasons apply, it's going to need further account access from live chat or Customer Services.
If you continue to have disconnection issues without a valid reason and you are going round in circles through the usual Customer Service channels, please come back to the forum for further help.

Hi @darrendorch
If you are behind with your payments and owe money, even if you have a promise to pay in place to catch up with your payments, it sometimes means an outgoing restriction until the account is up to date, this is to prevent you incurring further extra charges which you may not be in a position to pay. However, it's not a full restriction, you will still be able to receive.
I hope all goes well for you.

If it's a Promise to Pay that is in place you should still have full services - this allows you to have your services open as long as the payment is made before your next payment is due (on a date agreed when the PTP is set up and when a 10% payment is made towards the outstanding balance). You can only have this arrangement if previous Promise to Pay's have not failed due to non payment of your account and it can only be used if you only have one outstanding bill as it doesn't work if you have more than this overdue (due to the fact that its only allowing you to extend your payment for less than a month). If you have a payment plan which is longer than 30 days though the lines would be restricted for outgoing during that time.

You would need to check the balance of your minutes as it doesn't work in the same way as the data notification so it may be useful to keep the app in mind (or dial 44555 if that's preferable). It may be that there has been an issue setting up the PTP which customer services would need to resolve. Did you make a 10% payment at the time of setting up the PTP? Usually this is done on the automated service that they transfer you to?
