My Samsung Galaxy A3 has stopped working (either No Signal or Emergency Calls only) with my sure signal (serial number 42151533066). I have rebooted both my router and sure signal, I understand I need a re-sync? Help!

I'm sorry for the delay in our reply, I've reset you Sure Signal has requested.
This can take 6 hours to complete, once completed you'll need to restart your handset in range of the Sure Signal.
If you have any further issues, don't hesitate to get in touch.

Hello,
My sure signal has stopped working!
I have power light on.
Internet light is white, and flashing slowly.
After a while, the service light, and the in use light, come on solid orange for about 5 seconds. Then they go out, and the internet light continues to slowly flash white.
Serial number is 42151585108
Please can you help me.

My sure signal v1 hasn’t worked for a few days. I’ve tried reset.
Please can you check and re sync.

@Ssullivan I can see the your Sure Signal connected with our servers this morning.
It does look like you've requested for the device to be removed from our systems, so I haven't been able to process a resync for you.
If you decide to reconnect your device we can request this for you.
Please let us know how you get on.
