It's a shame to hear this, I know I'd be very frustrated if this was happening to me
However, we do need some extra info to help us help you better! Can you tell us:
- What version of Windows you have (Vista, XP)
- Have you tried the latest
Vodafone Mobile Connect suite?
- Have you tried booting with the modem already plugged in?
- Checked your Device Manager for '!' or '?' marked USB drivers?
If you can let us know, we'll have a better idea if what's going on!
