Problem with Vodafone Egypt

Good evening
I live in Egypt. I have a big problem with your company in Egypt due
to poor service. I have two lines for your company in Egypt. I spoke
with customer service because of the bad reference in the place where
I am in. I also shipped Vodafone cards more than once during this
month and the balance ends in two days. I have been on the same
network. I do not deserve the balance to end. I asked the customer
service more than once and explained to them my problem. They talk to
me inappropriately and I ask for the lost balance more than once. They
do not answer me. The problem is closer Guet possible .. Thank you
Vodafone.

Vodafone Egypt They take the balance unfairly The network is very weak and very bad Customer service is talking to me inappropriately I talked with them more than once and there is no response from them I hope you solve the problem and communicate with them

As this is the Community Forum for Vodafone U.K. You would need to make contact with your own countries Customer Services and perhaps post on their own Forum. 

Although some countries share the same Vodafone name they are not linked.
