I would certainly follow the 14 day cooling off advice by @63johnw
Just to note -> If a person had a phone over 14 days then it is also covered under the 30 day faulty phone terms too.

If you acquired this online you'll need to use customer service on 191 or live chat Here
They'll arrange a swap.
The store wouldn't be able to help unless you got it from them.
