It depends on whether the account is in your name or employers. If the account is in the employers name, the store may insists that the new SIM can only be issued to the account holder. If that is the case, it may be easier for your employer to contact the Business Team and request a new blank SIM.
As soon as the new SIM has been received, your employer will need to contact Vodafone to get the number transferred over.

Thanks will try the store first and if they insist will ask my employer to contact the business team for a new SIM
