Hi, I have recently had my SS v2 reregistered under my corporate account as I cancelled my personal one. All seems fine on the Sure signal itself, the lights are as they should be and my account seems to be set up correctly. The only problem is that my one and only phone I use with it does not receive any signal from the Sure Signal. I'm guessing it may need a resync, but could someone look into for me?

Having done that and a hard reset of the phone, its all working again!
