Hi. Does anyone have the 16GB version of the Samsung Galaxy J3 and have any reviews? I have recently been offered this handset by Vodafone (by phone) but am confused because it doesn't appear to be available on the website; not any other mobile providers website (only the 8GB version) or in fact anywhere online? I am wondering whether it would be in fact cheaper for me to get an 8GB handset with microSD card for extra storage, although feel that perhaps having 16GB internal memory would be more efficient? Any advice appreciated. Thanks.

Hi
As a minimum I'd suggest not taking ownership of storage less than 16gb. These on board storage capacities soon fill up with software updates and apps etc even with sd cards.
I do not own the phone but this is one of the reviews I've seen for this phone.

Thanks for the link to the review. All reviews i've found are on the 8GB version. What I am struggling to understand is why 16GB version is no where to be seen online; and would I be better with a Galaxy A3 also with 16GB for similar (or possibly cheaper) price. I tend to agree about the 16GB minimum as currently have 8GB (samsung SIII mini) and its not enough.

Each phone has its pro's and con's.
Aesthetics plays a part too.
I'd suggest trying out the working demo models in the stores.to get a feel for them.
I once had an 8Gb iPhone to try out. Slightly different as they do not have a Sd Card Slot but highlighted to me that even a phone with Sd card will struggle due to firmware updates and apps that cannot be moved to the sd card. Simply put they struggle and you can find yourself micro managing storage. Now some people see the 16gb capacities as restricting!
I use an iPhone 6 Plus 16gb along with Dropbox. I have around 5Gb storage left which us plenty for me.
