Serious help canceling my contract

Hello. 3 months ago on august the second i received an email saying;

 

Hello

This is just to let you know you no longer have your extra 1GB of UK data each month on mobile number, as you've now cancelled your VodafoneTV service.

Thank you

Vodafone Customer Services team

 

But every month im receiving a email saying my bill is ready for £24.

 

I cant contact anyone by phone because it keeps asking for my number and account number.

 

Don't have the number as it was sent back with the phone, also have an email confiriming they recieved the phone.

 

how can i contact someone to stop taking payments every month? from a phone i returned and a cancled contract?

When using the Vodafone Landline number key in your Vodafone mobile number after prompted OR if issues exist where the IVR System will not recognise the mobile number then you can opt to ignore the initial prompts to type in the mobile number, and then on approx the 4th request it should then change to ask to input 1 for Payg or 2 for Contract Customers.
