Sim only customer flexible plan. Upgrade inside 12 months via 3rd party?

Hi,

Have a flexible SIM only plan and want a S8+. It's cheaper to do upgrade via a 3rd party than Vodafone direct. But i haven't fulfilled my 12 months yet so unsure if the "flexible" part applies to 3rd party upgrades e.g CPW?

Hi @neil_gilroy

To take advantage of flexible upgrade option means you have to upgrade direct with Vodafone, not through a third party.
