Slow-flashing internet light

Hi there, I'm trying to set up a Suresignal and have a solid power light but slow flashing internet light.  I once got no internet light, but solid orange service & in-use lights, but it soon reverted to the slow-flashing internet light.

Serial number is 40132139011.  I get speedtest results of 6.99MB down, 0.35MB up.  traceroute shows :

Hi jdelStrother, 

Your upload speed is borderline of what the Sure Signal needs to work so this may be the issue. 

Can you let me know your IP address so I can check this isn't the issue? 

In the meantime I have done a resync for you, please reset the Sure Signal using the instructions below;

-Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.

-Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.

-Once the lights come back on, release the button.
