Southend mass still not fixed

It's over 4 months and the mass in Southend is still not fixed. This
Is causing many customers issues with signals in the area and it
Appears that Vodafone is doing nothing about it.
We were advises by the Vodafone shop in lakeside that they can sell
Us a sure signal box for £99.00, what a great marketing idea
By Vodafone, give a poor service and rectify it by selling an add
On. I have had another two discussions and instead of fixing the mass
They are trying to sell me a sure signal box, last night it was offered to
Me at 75 percent discount. Why should I pay for this when they are
Not fixing the problem. I am aware of at least one person that was given
The sure signal box free. However, I have read on the forum that this
Is not a sure fix as it does not always work.
Is anyone else having this problem, if so please reply.
