Hi
I had our broadband upgraded to BT Infinity yesterday and now the Sure Signal isnt working - flashing red light and lights 2 and 3 solid orange. It was all working fine on the old BT Broadband.
I see on the forums there are issues with the BT home Hubs with Fibre, but I'm using a Draytek Vigor 2860N. Any advice gratefully received
Thanks.

Given all of that info to my tech guy, and still it's not working? We have a fixed ip address for our broadband would that make any difference? Clutching at straws here?!

You need a fixed IP address for the Sure Signal. You need it for the Draytek prot redirection.

Ok I will let him know, but how do you do that if there's no interface for the Sure Signal

It depents on what controls our DHCP the Draytek or your server?
If it's the Draytek you can use LAN >> Bind IP to MAC.
