I have de-registered my suresignal as I stopped getting a signal from it on my phone but when trying to re-register it I get the following message:
Sorry – there seems to be a problem.
Something went wrong, sorry. Our techs are working hard to get it sorted - so please pop back later. - [1g2]
I bought it a while ago directly from vodafone and it hasn't been deregistered before so it shouldn't have been deactivated. Is there anyone I can PM the serial number to so they can sort it out on the system as all the live chat is busy now.

If your still having the glitch then Live Chat which is available 24/7 should be able to help but they can show as busy sometimes.
I have read on the forum "Customer service support-> Call 03333 040 191 or 191 then take option 2 three times and finally option 5 – straight to the Sure Signal team."
