Hi I purchased a SureSignal 3 on Sunday 2 November 2015 and have spent the last two days attempting to register it (it does not show im MyVodafone). Have had two very long sessions with two different LiveChat Advisors online which have been a complete waste of time (approx 4 hours). Won't bore you further, but what should I do if the SureSignal I purchased does not show in my vodafone account, how do I register it? Have phoned the shop I collected it from 3 times and left a msg, but they dod not call back. Advice if you have any, please!

On the home screen of 'My Account'

Hi, thank you for the reply,(from the guy & details shown below) but this does not apply to me, as I do not have a bill date, I am PAYG, so how do I register the SureSignal I purchased on Sunday 2 November 2015. any help much appreciated.

have spent 2 days trying to ssolvewhy newly purchased suresignal doesn't show in my payg account. Apparently this is because my account is through Lebara, who use the Vodafone net work. Anyone else know of this? Live chat staff clearly do not given the hours of wild goose chasing that has been going on. No idea how i am going to register SS and Vodafone numbers. Make take weeks.......

Unless you have a Vodafone number and not a number which is an on a virtual network which piggy back on the Vodafone network, you won't be able to use the Sure Signal.
You need a Vodafone online account to register the Sure Signal and the device is designed to kick out any non Vodafone numbers.
If you want to use the Sure Signal, your only option is to move to Vodafone.
