I am trying to activation Sure Signal without success!
I use a BT Hub 5. Broadband Infinity
Have contacted Vodafone Support 4 times without resolution.
Registered the Sure Signal. This is still pending activation after 2 days.
Vodafone Support have tried to activate and I am now told to wait another 12 hours for activation to complete.
Altered the port clamping as previous posting.
Any further ideas please?

If you've been through the self help activation / troubleshooting tips then you may have to adhere to what Customer service are officially advising.

Still haven't got the sure signal working.....despite assurances from Vodafone!
Even tried to de-register and re-register but all I see is the following message

After almost 4 days I am considering taking the sure signal back to Vodafone for a refund
Can anyone help me with this please...

Sorry to hear you're Sure Signal is still having trouble connecting. So that we can take a look at this, please let us know the following details;
Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
