I am trying to activation Sure Signal without success!
I use a BT Hub 5. Broadband Infinity
Have contacted Vodafone Support 4 times without resolution.
Registered the Sure Signal. This is still pending activation after 2 days.
Vodafone Support have tried to activate and I am now told to wait another 12 hours for activation to complete.
Altered the port clamping as previous posting.
Any further ideas please?

I've taken a look at your Sure Signal on our systems and it's showing the it's not only failing to register, but it's failing to fully deregister as well.
With this we'd suggest you try it with a different Internet Service Provider (ISP), this could be done at a friend or family members house.
The other you'll need to check with your ISP is that they've got the following ports open;

I can see that a colleague has tried to deregister and register the Sure Signal, but it's showing that it failed in the bank end of the system.
Is it possible for you to check the ports provided?

Hopefully you didn't just send a Private Message to the team. The instructions they sent you will have given you a link to a webform that you need to complete.

Update of the error!!!
Yesterday my Vodafone account became LOCKED. Vodafone support do not know who or how the account became locked!!
Vodafone support couldn't unlock the account!
You couldn't make this saga up!!!
Visited my local Vodafone shop, who after some time managed to unlock the account
Sure Signal was given to a friend to connect to their Internet........as suggested by Vodafone Tech Support.
No success.
The Sure Signal has been returned to Vodafone today.
I never want to see one again!!
