Sure Signal Been Searching For Signal For Hours But Nothing Happing?

Brought today set up as shown, registered, says wait 30mins to hour for it to work in instructions, over 3 hours later still not working! Red light on, with first white signal light constant flashing?

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Hi Andy,

 

I have a similar issue with my suresignal and have been on the phone to Vodafone and they said they would reset it, this was done and still the power light is on but the internet is still flashing slowly.

I have carried out the tests required please see below:

It appears that there is a delay/fault at step 8 which you would need to check with your internet provider.

 

Is it possible to try this on another connection such as a friend or family members?
