I have just picked up a new phone (iphone 5S) and managed set this all up. Swapped the sim over. I have not changed number.
We have had sure signal for a couple of months now and it works wonders but I cannot work out how to re-register my phone. I am the administrator.
I have attempted to add a new user but this does not get accepted, I think because the number is already listed.
If someone could point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.

Hi
When a sim swap has been processed its recommended to de register the number for a period of 24 hours and then after that period re register it.
