@clivos79 We've noticed that your Sure Signal was not in sync on our system with regards to your address. 

We've performed a reseync on your Sure Signal to resolve the issue. Please allow up to 24 hours for your device to obtain a connection and then perform the following reset: 

 

  • Unplug the Ethernet cable from the Sure Signal
  • Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports
  • Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds
  • Once the lights come back on, release the button
  • Plug the cable back in
  • Allow around one hour for the Sure Signal to come back online.

Hey guys. Tried the reset and I'm still at a loss on signal. Really odd. What else can I try?!
