Hi
We had a storm last week and or electricity was off for a day.
After it came back one the sure signal won't work. I've tried all the combinations of pulling plugs out and pressing the reset button all I get are the three top lights flashing in a pattern, All on, 2 on, then 1 and 3 on.
I addition when I log into my suresignal page there is no button for deregistering it or managing users.

I found out how to deregister it now I'm not allowed to reregister. This is frustrating.

Usually a resync helps get the Sure Signal back up and running following a power cut.
If you've no longer got the number that was classed as the administrator for your unit then I've sent instructions on how to reach my team here. We'll be happy to sort it out if Live help haven’t already done so.
