Hi,
I have a V1 Sure Signal that until a week ago worked for 3 mobile phones. However now the Galaxy S4 still has a full signal, the iPhone has no signal at all and the new Galaxy S6 has no signal either (same number as previously, new sim card for this phone).
I have been looking on My Vodafone for the My Sure Signal tab to remove and re-add the iphone and S6 but cannot locate it.
Is removing and re-adding the two phones that do not have any signal the right thing to do? The V1 appears to have the correct number and sequence of lights and obviously it works with the older phone of the 3.
Please can you resync the Sure Signal if that's what needs to be done or just tell me where to find the area on the site to remove and re-add the two numbers with no signal.
Sure Signal serial number is 21223150125.

Welcome to the eForum.
Please delete the two users, wait 24 hours and then add them again.
You can do this on your My Vodafone > Manage account settings (at the bottom of the page).
If they're are still unable to use it after, please reset your Sure Signal as follows -
