Hi i have a Sure Signal V3 that is Totally Dead, getting no lights or anything.
I wanted to check if it was still in warranty the serial number is 40133879102

@dhallam56 - Your Sure Signal registration date was the 04/02/14 and came with a 12 month warranty.

This was absolute rubbish, SURESIGNAL have always been covered with two year warranty.
Since this was orignally posted, a lot has happened and Vodafone are now giving away free replacements. Do not be told on the phone or webchat that yours is out of warranty and therefore needs to be a purchased replacement as this is not true.
If you are reading this and have a version 3 with all its lights out or has exploded, unplug it immediately and see the thread here.
