In your iPhones settings can you check.
Settings,Mobile Data,Voice and Data - try choosing 3G

The iphone will search out the strongest signal available in your area. Forcing it onto 3G can help. Just remember to go back and re tick 4G if you want to enjoy those speeds when not using your Sure Signal.
