Hi,
I have a version 3 SureSignal, serial 40131941011 connected to my Sky router.
Initially it worked fine, but it stopped connecting a few weeks ago. I have reset it many times but nothing ever happens apart from the power light being on and the internet light flashing slowly (no other lights).
Here are the results that you often ask users to send:
Speed test: 8.23 Mbps down, 0.92 Mbps Up
Ping test: 34ms
External IP: 176.24.138.134
Serial number: 40131941011
Traceroute results:
traceroute to 212.183.133.177 (212.183.133.177), 64 hops max, 52 byte packets

Thanks for providing your traceroute it looks fine to me. I've given it a re sync from our end hopefully this will give it a kick start
Please do a factory re-set and let me know how you get on.

Ive had the same problem for the last week and after several 'discussions' with vodafone we still have no result. Is your problem fixed yet? Are you in a city or semi-rural? We were told its an ISP issue.

Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
