Power - flashing, Internet - solid orange, In Service - off, In Use - solid orange reset done and router checked please help.

Well - great news. It would appear that Vodafone have sorted the problem of SureSignal not working with Virgin Media since Virgin Media increased their broadband speeds about a month ago. Mine is working today and all is back to normal. If you spent hours changing all your settings and resetting your devices you wasted your time as this was simply an issue of Virgin Media changing their speeds on their broadband and nothing to do with settings or your hardware. It is a pity that it has only been in the last few days that Vodafine have told us the full story and prior to that they were getting custimers to play with their settings!

I only found out what was going on through these messages. Vodafone told me absolutely nothing. I think if any of you got any info from Vodafone you were very lucky people. They could have put something on here to let us all know they had done something which had solved the problem but NO yet again it has been messages from the over charged public that has kept the info up to date. A big "jobs worth hat" should be awarded to Vodafone!!

Hi all,
Just to say that I took my SS to a friend's house, plugged it in there where it started working after a few mins. I left it there for 24hrs then brought it home and plugged it back in to my Virgin network. It worked immediately and I now have a decent signal at last.
Thanks to everyone here for helping to fix this (not including VF).

My SS has started working again......no idea what the problem or fix was. Would be good to know rather than treated like mushrooms.(removed by moderator)

Mine just started working again after 4 weeks. No intervention required

Hi everyone,
This should now be resolved as per our statement.
If you're still facing connectivity issues, please power down the router and Sure Signal for 5 minutes before powering back on.

Be nice for VF to explain what the problem was and a reasurance it will not happen again
