I have a Sure Signal 2 that has worked fine for nearly 3 years, but stopped a few weeks ago.
I get a constant power light all the time, but the 2 & 3 lights either flash or are off, neither are both permanantly on, often it is just the second light flashing. I have tried several reset and power off on both the sure signal and my router.
Seriel number is 40120215740 and it is showing as active.
Speed Test is = Ping 10ms - Download 53.84mbps - Upload 3.01 mbps

Thanks. Everything you’ve posted looks ok.
Please test a different Ethernet cable and check your ports are opened as follows:
IP addresses to be allowed on the router & firewall
I can see it's registered successfully, so once the above steps have been followed please perform a reset:
Allow around one hour for the Sure Signal to come back online.
