Hi,
Plugged in my new sure signal V3 (1st,2nd,3rd lights on permanently) a few days ago and the iphone 5 is working ok eventually - 4th light is on when calling from/or to the phone. We have 2 iphone 6's and they dont seem to use the sure signal at all for some reason - 4th light never comes on during calls. Can anyone help?
An observation:
I've read many posts here today looking for an answer to my problem and noticed that everything seems a bit vague to resolve problems, nothing definite to get you up and running straight away. Sure signals not seeing handsets seems to be the no1 problem. Just curious why it is that way.
I have had a sure signal V2 for many years and that seemed to have a mind of its own at random times. Sometimes it just wouldnt work when making calls or when installing, or powering up. I'd tinker with my phone and search the internet for hours to no avail. Why dont sure signals just work immediately? Why are they often a problem for people? Should they just plug in and go or is there more to this?
Many thanks, Pete

Everything looks find with your traceroute.
Please make sure you've turned 4G off on your iPhone 6's. Reboot them both, by turning them off and on again

Thanks Sukhi. Switching my phones to 3G worked.
I'm paying 'an arm and a leg' for three 4G monthly plans so im not that keen to switch off 4G and go back to creaky old 3G! Isn't there a way to leave 4G on? At least for when im not at home and using wifi/Sure signal.
Thanks.

@peterduke9 – To connect to the Sure Signal, you will need to turn off 4G, but you can just go into your settings and turn it back again on when you leave the house.

Hmmm..thats not great!
3x vodafone phones in the house, each turning 4G on and off again everytime we leave and enter the house.
The iphone 5 still seems to work even though 4G is turned on. The newer iphone 6's dont seem to.
Surely there must be a way to have the expensive 4G services im paying a lot for, did i mention that!, and NOT having to revert to creaky old 3G via the settings each time i/we enter and exit the house with our phones?
Thanks.

It may be an iphone 5S then which has 4G, i think. So you dont have to change to 3G when you get home. Interesting. Thanks for your input.
