Sure Signal just stopped working

I have been using my sure signal for a couple of years now but it has just stopped giving me signal. The red light is still on. I have tried resetting and the 2 white lights flashed for a bit but now just red light on again and still no signal.

Happened to me once after a power cut. I reset the router then reset the sure signal: golden. Worth trying it in that order if you've not already.

Hi Lindablakeney,
I can see that there looks to be a location change detected.
The first thing that I’d do is to completely deregister and then re-register the Sure Signal after one hour to install a new profile on the device.
If this still doesn’t work, please let us know so we can take a closer look.
