Sure Signal lock up

My Sure Signal V3 ( Seeial Number 42141230088) has been locked up for 2 weeks now with 3 lights on solid but no traffic. No hardware, software or firmware changes have taken place at my end so it just requires a Vodafone reset please.

This has happened before and a reset at your end rectified it.

Ok, a replacement unit is being sent to me now (when back in stock)

Hopefully that will sort things out - or at least keep me quiet whilst waiting for it!

They've also offered a refund to cover the loss of service over the period, which is a welcome gesture.

New Sure Signal delivered today. Configured and left to sort itself out. All connected and have a 3G signal on my devices again.

So a defective unit was causing the problems. Thanks for sorting it out, we got there eventually!!
